Chào mừng bạn đến với RevidAPI tại revidapi.com. Bằng việc đăng ký tài khoản, mua gói credit hoặc sử dụng API, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây.

1. Dịch vụ

RevidAPI cung cấp nền tảng API và công cụ số cho developer/nhà sáng tạo: credit trả trước, gói đăng ký (subscription), text-to-speech, xử lý media và tự động hoá workflow. Mỗi sản phẩm trong hệ sinh thái có bảng giá riêng tại Plans & Credits.

2. Tài khoản & API Key

  • Bạn chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật tài khoản và API key.
  • Không chia sẻ key công khai hoặc cho bên thứ ba trái phép.
  • Chúng tôi có thể tạm khóa tài khoản khi phát hiện lạm dụng, gian lận hoặc vi phạm điều khoản.

3. Thanh toán, gói & hoàn tiền

  • Giá hiển thị tại thời điểm thanh toán; thuế (nếu có) do cổng thanh toán/MoR xử lý.
  • Credit và gói được kích hoạt tự động sau khi thanh toán thành công.
  • Hoàn tiền: trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày mua nếu dịch vụ chưa được sử dụng đáng kể; yêu cầu qua [email protected] hoặc Liên hệ.
  • Gói đăng ký có thể hủy qua dashboard hoặc cổng thanh toán; quyền lợi đến hết chu kỳ đã thanh toán trừ khi luật bắt buộc khác.

4. Sử dụng chấp nhận được

Bạn không được dùng RevidAPI để:

  • Vi phạm pháp luật, quyền sở hữu trí tuệ hoặc điều khoản của nền tảng bên thứ ba.
  • Tải, phân phối hoặc sao chép nội dung vi phạm bản quyền hoặc Terms of Service của TikTok, YouTube, Facebook và các nền tảng khác.
  • Spam, tấn công, reverse engineering trái phép, hoặc vượt giới hạn kỹ thuật nhằm phá hoại dịch vụ.
  • Bán lại API key/credit cho bên thứ ba khi chưa được RevidAPI cho phép bằng văn bản.

Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về cách sử dụng API và nội dung do bạn xử lý.

5. Dữ liệu & bảo mật

Việc thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân tuân theo Chính sách bảo mật. File media tạm xử lý qua API có thể bị xóa tự động sau thời gian lưu trữ ngắn.

6. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Dịch vụ cung cấp “nguyên trạng”. RevidAPI không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp, mất dữ liệu hoặc gián đoạn do bên thứ ba, trong phạm vi luật cho phép.

7. Chấm dứt

Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt quyền truy cập nếu bạn vi phạm điều khoản. Bạn có thể đóng tài khoản bằng cách liên hệ support.

Welcome to RevidAPI at revidapi.com. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using our APIs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

RevidAPI provides a developer API platform and digital tools: prepaid API credits, subscription plans, text-to-speech, media processing, and workflow automation. Pricing is published at Plans & Credits.

2. Account & API Keys

  • You are responsible for securing your account and API keys.
  • Do not share keys publicly or with unauthorized third parties.
  • We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • Prices are shown at checkout; applicable taxes may be collected by our payment provider (Merchant of Record).
  • Credits and plans are activated automatically after successful payment.
  • Refunds: within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been materially used; contact [email protected] or Support.
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled via the dashboard or payment portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless required otherwise by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use RevidAPI to:

  • Violate laws, intellectual property rights, or third-party platform terms.
  • Download, distribute, or copy content that infringes copyright or violates TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or other platform policies.
  • Spam, attack, unlawfully reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits to harm the service.
  • Resell API keys or credits to third parties without written permission from RevidAPI.

You are solely responsible for your use of the API and any content you process.

5. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Temporary media processed via the API may be deleted automatically after a short retention period.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, RevidAPI is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or outages caused by third parties.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may close your account by contacting support.
